What we collect when you send an inquiry

When you send the contact form we receive what you type: your name, email address, phone number (if you give it), the type of event and your message. The form also records the date and time it was sent.

Why we collect it

To reply to you, to prepare for a consultation, to write a proposal, and — if we go on to work together — to plan your event.

We use the aggregate picture (how many inquiries arrive each month, which package people ask about) to run the business. Nothing in that picture identifies you.

Your consent

Every inquiry form has a checkbox that reads "You may contact me about my inquiry". We store the exact wording you agreed to alongside your inquiry so we can always show you what you consented to. We contact you only about your inquiry and, if you become a client, about your event. We do not send newsletters or marketing emails.

Cookies and analytics

This website is hosted by GoDaddy. GoDaddy uses cookies for essential services and, if you accept them in the cookie banner, for analytics, advertising and support. You can accept or decline in the banner. We do not add advertising cookies or tracking pixels of our own.

Who sees your information

Nadira and the Envi planning team. GoDaddy, which hosts this site and delivers the contact form to us, processes the data only to provide that service. If we plan your event, we share the details a vendor needs to do their job — for example, your guest count with the caterer — and nothing more. We never sell, rent or trade your information.

How long we keep it

If your inquiry does not turn into a booking, we keep it for 24 months and then anonymize it: names, contact details, message and inspiration links are removed, leaving only the aggregate facts (event type, month, package interest) we use to understand the business.

If we plan your event, we keep the planning records for as long as we are working together and for a reasonable period afterwards for our accounting and legal obligations.

Your choices: see, export or delete your data

You can ask us at any time for a copy of everything we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Email [email protected] from the address you used in your inquiry and we will handle it promptly. If we need to keep something for a legal reason we will tell you what and why.

Photography and credits

The photographs on this site are from events we have planned. Photographer credits appear exactly as the photographer watermarked them, and watermarks are never removed or cropped. If you appear in a photograph and would like it taken down, email us and we will remove it.

Links to other sites

We link to Instagram, WeddingWire and the publications that have featured our work. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.

Children

This site is for adults planning events. When you tell us about children for EnviKids child care, we ask only for counts and age ranges — never names — and we use that information solely to plan the care.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
